What I want to know is whether Ultraman receives a separate salary from his human host or are they considered to be one person in their fighting team, so are just paid once? XD
But I don't blame them even if they outright lie, it is not exactly easy to talk about such things and it may change the way other people perceive them...

It could have been interesting to show the perspective of the students in that situation - they have to pretend they don't know their teacher is Ultraman, that could be a good idea for a comedy plot. But I guess the show is about fighting monsters, so the main focus should be on that.
