It is kind of rare to see positivity online these days, people find something to criticise even in things they like, so your attitude is really refreshing!
But wouldn't it save money to not make a series every season, and instead make them less often but with better quality XD I think Ginga disappointed me because it looked kind of cheap and also like a commercial for toys. It did still have a good message but for me Mebius is really the standard to which I compare all other series, and somehow none are quite as good.
I've seen the trailer for a new Ultraman full-length film, as far as I understand, that is for the upcoming anniversary and it will not be connected to any previous series, it will have a new plot. I will probably give that a try, the trailer looked pretty serious, maybe it will not have that toy commercial feeling XD
