Life around here has slowly gone back to normal, so maybe I might post more than one post every four months...

Haven't been watching much toku or anything lately. (More than half a year behind on the weekly stuff.) I have the Ultra Galaxy movie, which I still haven't watched since I haven't really seen Ultra Galaxy, and I'm afraid I might be lost if I don't catch all the references (well, more like I don't want to get spoiled, at all).

EDIT: Yeah, forgot, a subbed first episode of Machineman (not my link), in case anyone is interested in checking this series out, but I have to say I might be the last person to find out that it has been subtitled at all.

Ah, some first season Ultra Galaxy subs (probably HK subs) actually exist (well, I've been out of touch for so long), so I guess I'll at least try watching the first few episodes, and will see how things go from there...

Maybe some people have already seen it, but I just came across this post sharing Ultraman Dyna, Ultraman Gaia, and Ultraman Max episodes at HJU. With my internet connection being what it is, I can't confirm the quality or anything about these episodes, but it is an alternative to buying if you can use (and don't hate) Veoh.

Yes, I'm doing the Year in Review thing since I'd been seeing it so much. To make it worth your while (subjective opinion, of course ^^;;), I'm also going to comment briefly on each month.

In other news, and the main reason I'm posting, I received Daisuke Watanabe (George in Mebius)'s tenimyu photoset in the mail today. I'm so very happy right now, I just have to share. However, it's probably not the best scanning job since I'm not familiar with the scanner I'm using and I don't think I've ever scanned photos before. (There are a lot of white specks on the dark background, for instance, but I tried my best.)

Well, I hope at least one more person other than me like these photos. :)

I've seen some comments that the new tenimyu seem to be good, but I don't know anything about it beyond that.


As a side note, I want to buy Rasshii's OOO photosets (and possibly a few other D-BOYS'), if I know where to order them. (Trying to avoid auctions if I can, but may have to as a last resort.)

In an effort not to let the links die out, I'm reposting the download for this drama in a public entry, in hope that someone new may see it.

This is a Spring Special Drama aired back in April this year in which Shunji Igarashi has a supporting role (doesn't he always?) It runs just over an hour long. Even with no subtitles, I personally found the show to be quite amusing. Sadly, I don't really think any official information exists in English, so I'm linking to a few revelant Japanese pages (probably contain some overlapped information).
