Definitions of Tokusatsu

I've been thinking again. This time, about what exactly make a show a tokusatsu show.

( In which I attempt to come up with some sort of answers...with no real success. :( )

Possible characteristics of tokusatsu hero(es)

( Again my toku thoughts. They're general enough, IMO. )
